张新晨,男,新利18彩票 副教授,新加坡南洋理工大学博士,新加坡国立大学Research Fellow。主要从事锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构、结构健康监测、新材料在土木工程结构中的应用等方面的研究。参与新加坡建筑发展署(HDB)以及陆路交通管理局(LTA)项目多项。刘恢先地震工程奖学金获得者,发表相关SCI收录论文7篇,担任ASCE Journal of Structural Engineering, Engineering Structures等国际主流结构工程杂志审稿人。
