化学生物学领域,利用有机合成开发化学工具,进而实现表征并操控生物体系。具体包括:
1) 发展新型荧光染料和分子荧光探针并应用于生物成像和活性检测;
2) 应用纳米制备和荧光成像技术研究药物传递;
3) 激酶靶向抑制剂设计、合成与测试。
