不对称催化,有机合成:

1.廉价金属催化的交叉偶联反应及其在药物及天然产物合成中的应用。

2.碱金属催化的弱酸性化合物C(sp3)-H键官能团化及应用。

3.药物、天然产物及生物活性分子全合成。

学术成绩

毛建友教授自回国加入新利18彩票 以来,一直从事于有机合成新方法开发(基于简单原料)、药物合成及新农药创制与合成(新合成方法应用)及高通量筛选(新合成方法优化及药物筛选)等方面的基础及应用研究。以第一作者与通讯作者在Nature Communications, Journal of American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Organic Letters等国际权威期刊发表论文40余篇。

目前主持国家自然基金面上项目及青年项目各一项和江苏省优秀青年基金及青年基金各一项。申请专利15项,授权7项:
