研究方向

不对称催化反应；绿色氧化反应；非共价相互作用在催化中的应用；多肽的合成与催化。

学术成绩

发展了一系列手性含氮化合物的不对称合成方法学；提出了手性阳离子控制金属阴离子的不对称催化策略，将高锰酸钾氧化发展成了一种实用的有机合成方法学；深入研究了不对称阴离子-π催化；迄今为止，在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Nat. Commun.,Chem. Commun.,Org. Lett.,Chem. Eur. J.等国际期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
