一、会议简介

气凝胶作为一种具有连续网络结构的三维纳米材料，一般使用溶胶-凝胶法与超临界干燥相结合的方法制备，是当前材料科学重点研究领域之一。气凝胶按组分可分为氧化物气凝胶、聚合物气凝胶、炭/石墨稀气凝胶、碳化物气凝胶、硫族气凝胶以及金属气凝胶等。气凝胶材料具备低密度，高孔隙率、高比表面积、低折射率、低介电常数等特性，表现出优异的光学、热学、声学、电学特性，在工业保温、建筑节能、航空航天、化工冶金、环境治理等领域展现出极大的应用价值和广阔的发展空间。据统计，2016年全球气凝胶市场价值为5.129亿美元。2017~2026年复合年增长率预计为31.8%，2026年全球气凝胶市场价值将达到80.837亿美元。目前国际上正迎来气凝胶材料研究的春天，各国大量的科学家和工程技术人员正投身于气凝胶材料的研究热潮。

由新利18彩票（材料科学与工程学院、江苏先进无机功能复合材料协同创新中心），国防科技大学（空天科学学院陶瓷纤维及其复合材料重点实验室），德国Hamburg University of Technology联合主办的第三届气凝胶材料国际学术研讨会将于2019年10月24日至26日在长沙召开。本次会议着重交流近两年来国内外气凝胶材料基础理论、制备技术及其应用等方面的最新成果。会议将邀请国际、国内气凝胶领域知名专家作大会特邀报告。热诚欢迎国内外相关科研院所、高等院校的专家学者、研究生及企业工程技术人员踊跃投稿、报名参会。

“气凝胶材料国际学术研讨会”是气凝胶材料研究与应用的重要学术交流平台之一，分别于2015（南京）、2017（济南）召开了第一届、第二届会议。两届会议的成功举办，共享了气凝胶材料领域的最新成果，加强了产学研合作与交流，推动了气凝胶材料科学与技术的进步和发展。

二、时间节点

住宿：湖南宾馆（地址：湖南省长沙市芙蓉区营盘东路193号）

正式代表：1000元/人，学生代表500元/人。注册费包括资料费、论文集、会议费等，但不含食宿费。

1、会议在会前出版《第三届气凝胶材料国际学术研讨会论文集》，会议只接受尚未在国内、外正式刊物和学术会议上发表过的论文。

2、会后将遴选优秀论文推荐到《新利18彩票学报（自然科学版）》核心期刊发表。

3、会议论文可以用中文或者英文撰写，中文论文需要增加英文标题、单位、作者、摘要和关键词。论文格式见本通知附件2。

4、论文通过会议官方网站（aerogel.njtech.edu.cn）进行提交，请各位代表到网站上注册并提交论文；同时，也可以将论文发送到电子信箱（aerogels@126.com），但在电子信箱主题栏务必请注明“第三届气凝胶材料国际学术研讨会会议征文”字样；文件名格式：“论文题名－作者名”。“论文”鼓励通过网站提交。

Aerogels, three-dimensional nanomaterials with interconnected network structures, are generally prepared by the sol-gel process and supercritical drying. Aerogel materials have unique attributes of low density, high porosity, high specific surface area, low refractive index, low dielectric constant, etc., endowing them with excellent optical, thermal, acoustic, and electrical properties, and have shown great application potential in the fields of thermal insulations, energy storage and conservation, aerospace, environmental remediation and biomedical applications, to name a few. Statistics show that the global aerogel market value was $512.9 million in 2016. The compound annual growth rate is expected to be 31.8% from 2017 to 2026, and the global aerogel market value will reach $8.0837 billion in 2026. At present, a large number of scientists and engineers in various countries are engaged in the research boom of aerogel materials.

The International Symposium on Aerogels aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for scientists, engineers, companies and practitioners to present their latest achievements in theory, preparation technology, testing and characterization, and industrialization of aerogel materials, which have been held two sessions in 2015 (Nanjing, China) and 2017 (Jinan, China). As scheduled, the Third International Symposium on Aerogels will be held by Nanjing Tech University (China), National University of Defense Technology (China), and Hamburg University of Technology (Germany) in Changsha, China from 24th to 26th, October 2019. We sincerely invite scientists, engineers, students, and industrial partners working with or interested in learning about aerogels from all over the world to attend and enjoy the coming conference on aerogels.
