个人简介

马怀波在美国俄亥俄大学（Ohio University, USA）化学与生物化学系获得博士学位，后在美国埃默里大学（Emory University, USA）化学系从事博士后研究。2016年加入新利18彩票 先进材料研究院，任职副研究员。
