The center, officially established in September, 2008, has 5 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering as the technical adviser, over 90 R&D personnel, 38 of which are senior personnel and foreign professors, more than 50 of which are Doctors and Masters.

The Center's core task: to offer authoritative technology support for energy-saving and emission-reduction projects, to offer authoritative inspection and evaluation for national and provincial green building, energy saving and emission reduction.
