In the morning of March, 9, 2007, Dr. Lewis N. Walker, the president of LTU, and Maria Joao Vaz, the director of the graduate department of LTU visited NJUT. Prof. Sun Weiming, the vice president of NJUT, Prof. Han Luping, the dean of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Prof. OU Jin, the deputy dean, Prof. Wu Jiliang, the dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, and Prof. Shi Liang, the deputy dean carried out a primary discussion on the jointly running schools project.
