The Aragon Education Delegation headed by Mª Teresa Gálvez, General Director of Department of Innovation, Investigation & University, Government of Aragon, Spain visited Nanjing Tech University on September 18th.
During the meeting, Vice-President Gong Jianming extended warm welcome to the delegation and hoped that the visit would enhance mutual understanding and trust and expedite the bilateral collaboration in talent training, scientific research and synergetic innovations. General Director, Mª Teresa Gálvez highly apprecaited the cooperation between Nanjing Tech University and the University of Zaragoza and hoped to falicitate student exchange and credit tansfer with the aim of hig-end talent training. Both sides agreed to promote cooperarion in education and research between two univeristies, two provinces and two countries via the Confucius Institute for win-win development.
The delegation was shown around the Jiangpu Campus and Prof. Adrián Velázquez Campoy from Institute for Bio-computation and Physics of Complex Systems and Member of the Spanish Royal National Academy, Prof. Pedro Miguel Almeida de Matos Baptista from the Health Research Institute IIS Aragon and Mr. Pedro Moreo Calvo, President of Ebers, Aragon Company of Medicine delivered lectures in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences after the bilateral meeting.
