博士学位。2004.10–2006.10,受到日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助,在日本兵库县立大学理学部担任JSPS特别研究员,从事金属纳米粒子的自组装以及耦合性能的研究。2006.11–2010.3,德国马普协会(MPI)微结构物理研究所
从事
博士后研究工作,致力于原子层沉积技术的应用和纳米材料界面反应的探索。2010.4加入德国弗莱堡大学微系统所纳米技术实验室,担任纳米线项目研究组组长。迄今已发表论文50余篇,其中以第一作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,ACS Nano,Small,Chem. Mater.等期刊上发表文章近30篇。发表文章共被他引600余次。
目前主要从事三个方面的研究工作:1.新型一维纳米半导体材料的设计,合成,修饰,掺杂以及传感,光电,光伏,光催化性能的研究。2.原子层沉积技术在纳米材料涂覆方面的非常规应用。3.大面积有序纳米结构的制备。
