Research Interests

The development of new catalytic methodology for efficient functionalization of fullerenes and the application in medicinal chemistry, material sciences, and nanotechnology.

Biographical Information

2004-2008: Bachelor degree; Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, China.

2008-2011: Master degree; Dalian University of Technology, China.

2011-2012: Visiting scientist; WPI Advanced Institute for Materials Research (WPI-AIMR), Japan.

2012-2015: PhD degree; Tohoku University, Japan.

2015- : Assist. Prof.; Institute of Advanced Materials, Nanjing Tech University.

Academic Achievements

Assistant Professor SI Weili is interested in the development of new catalytic methodology for efficient functionalization of fullerenes and the application in medicinal chemistry, material sciences, and nanotechnology. She has published about 10 international papers inChemical Communication, Organic Letter, Scientific reportand so on
