Research Interests
1. Dynamics characteristics of point defects in nanomaterials, and their effects on the luminescence, electrical transport and magnetic properties of the materials;
2. Multi-fields coupling effects of nanomaterials, including the simulation about thermoelectric coupling, photoelectric coupling, electromechanical coupling and so on;
3. Multiscale computer simulation of nano structures.
Biographical Information
2003-2007: Bachelor degree, College of Aerospace Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China;
2007-2010: Master degree, Institute of Nano Science,Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China;
2010-2016: PhD. Joint doctoral training in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Nanjing, China) and Brown University (RI, USA);
2016-Now: Associate Professor, Institute of Advance Material, Nanjing Tech University, Nanjing, China.
