个人简历:

主要从事碳基光电材料与器件研究, 重点面向新一代信息存储与发光技术,研发具有信息感存算与显示功能的原型器件与系统集成. 近年来在国内外著名期刊Nature Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Nano, Small等上发表科技论文,共被引4000余次,申请或授权中国发明专利20余项, 相关成果获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果一等奖、江苏省教育科学研究成果一等奖等, 主持完成或在研包括国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家省部级基金. 长期担任各类国际期刊的审稿人、国家基金委项目函评专家.


研究兴趣:

(1)信息存储,主要包括有机/碳基信息存储材料与器件.

(2)智能电子,主要包括神经形态电子、类脑感知与识别等.

(3)柔性电子,主要包括柔性导电材料与薄膜、光热多功能柔性皮肤/可穿戴电子等.
