个人简历与研究方向

2015年毕业于周口师范学院获得学士学位,2020年硕博连读毕业于湖南大学获得博士学位,师从段镶锋教授和段曦东教授;2021年加入新利18彩票 。

5年来在二维材料的可控气相生长和电子/光电、电磁器件等领域开展了较系统和深入的研究,具有比较丰富的经验和研究基础。在国际知名期刊一共发表论文20余篇,以第一作者身份在Advanced MaterialsNano LettersChemistry of MaterialsInfoMat等国际知名期刊上发表论文5篇,总影响因子约902022-2024年主持一项国家自然科学基金青年基金。
