有机光电子器件的界面物理机制

高性能太阳能电池的器件优化


主要学术成绩

长期从事有机光电器件的界面物理特性研究,通过多种实验手段对界面缓冲层及退火处理等优化机制进行了详细的表征分析,并将研究成果应用于有机光伏器件的性能提升。目前,已在ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Phys. Lett, Org. Electron.等国际学术期刊发表相关SCI论文30余篇,学术专著1章,公开或授权发明专利9项。
