报告题目：微生物燃料电池在土壤重金属污染治理中的应用

摘要

重金属元素是工业发展的副产品，然而，流失到环境中的重金属是重要的污染物。在土壤中的重金属污染，可能随着农作物进入我们的餐桌，从而影响广大人群的健康。从土壤环境中移除重金属，或者抑制重金属从土壤到植物的迁移，是控制重金属污染的两个重要方法。但是目前已有的重金属土壤修复方法，都或多或少有花费高，效果有限，容易造成二次污染等问题。

　　近年来，我们利用微生物燃料电池技术，探索了多种可能的土壤污染治理办法。研究发现，利用微生物燃料电池的微小电流可以驱动重金属离子移动，进而达到移除重金属的目的；此外，利用微生物燃料电池的阳极微生物与铁还原微生物的竞争作用，可以有效的控制砷污染水稻中铁还原和砷释放过程，从而减少砷在水稻籽粒中的积累。在以上工作的基础上，有望为重金属污染农田的治理，开拓一条新的可持续利用道路。
