本发明公开了一种多通道型陶瓷/金属复合膜及其制备方法。该膜以多通道型多孔金属材料为支撑体,通道内表面负载微孔陶瓷膜。该膜的制备方法为:将含有陶瓷粒子的悬浮液涂覆于刚性内芯(1)上并进行干燥;将刚性内芯(1)、弹性封套(2)和第一弹性封头(3)组合,并将金属粉末充满刚性内芯(1)和弹性封套(2)的空隙,安上第二弹性封头(4)后进行冷等静压成型,最后卸去刚性内芯(1)、弹性封套(2)、第一弹性封头(3)、第二弹性封头(4),将坯体置于保护性气氛下进行高温处理。该法具有简便、高效、节能、低成本的优点。

2、一种钯基双功能膜及其制备方法

专利号:ZL201110325678.3

本发明公开了一种钯基双功能膜及其制备方法。所述的钯基双功能膜,包括沉积在多孔陶瓷表面的钯膜或钯合金膜,其特征在于,多孔陶瓷的孔道中负载有甲烷化催化剂。其制备方法为:采用浸渍法将甲烷化催化剂负载于多孔陶瓷孔道中,然后采用化学镀或化学镀与电镀相结合的方法在多孔陶瓷表面制备钯或钯合金膜。本发明的钯基双功能膜在钯膜或钯合金膜多孔载体的孔道中负载甲烷化催化剂,可实现膜分离和一氧化碳催化甲烷化的耦合。该膜用于氢气分离与纯化时,可将膜缺陷处泄漏的微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳催化甲烷化,满足特殊用氢要求。本发明的钯基双功能膜制备工艺成熟,简单易行,可工业化应用。

3、一种适用于高温条件的管接头卡套

专利号:ZL200810244136.1

本发明涉及一种适用于高温条件的管接头卡套,由螺帽(1)、螺栓(2)和作为密封材料的石墨垫(4)组成,其中,螺帽(1)和螺栓(2)与石墨(4)的界面都有一个斜面,这样不仅延长了石墨(4)与螺帽(1)和工作管件(3)之间的两个密封面的长度,同时又利用了物理学上力的分解原理,使螺帽(1)和螺栓(2)提供的挤压力部分转化成石墨(4)对工作管件(3)的压力,从而保证了密封效果和连接强度。该卡套尤其适用于脆性材料管件的高温密封和连接。

Method for fabrication of composite palladium and palladium-alloy membranes.

The invention relates to a method for the fabrication of composite palladium or palladium alloy membranes. The surface of the porous ceramic substrate is modified with pencil to create a uniform and smooth layer, and the membrane is deposited via electroless plating. The advantages of the pencil modification are a reduction of the substrate surface roughness and a repair of substrate surface defects, which leads to a great improvement in the membrane uniformity and hydrogen permeation performances. This method is facile and economic, and it is especially effective on low-cost macroporous ceramic substrate materials. Furthermore, this method generates almost no pollution and therefore is environmentally benign.

5Method of determining surface pore mouth diameter distribution of porous material.

A method for determination ofthepore-mouthsize distribution of the surface of a porous material, comprising: (i) While the backside of the sample is purged with a gas, the sample is immersed into a liquid wetting agent;(ii) Gradually decreasing the gas pressure and monitoring the gas flowrate, or gradually decreasing thegas flowrate and monitoringthe gas pressure; (iii) When the gas flow stops, the remaining pressure in the system is corresponding to the largest pore-mouth size; (iv) The pore-mouth size distribution can be calculated through a “dry curve” and a “wet curve”, which are curves of gas flowrate vs. pressureat the dry and wetted states ofthe sample. The calculation of pore-mouth size and the pore-mouth size distribution is the same as that based on the conventional bubble pointmethod. The measurement on the pore-mouth size of the porous materials is of great importance when they are used as the substrates for surface coatings.
