1 Basic Requirements

lForeign citizens, no criminal record, aged 18 or above, in good health condition and in accordance with the Health Standard for International Students stipulated by the Ministry of Education, China.

lGood moral character and discipline towards the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the university, respect Chinese customs and habits.

lGood academic performance, English or Chinese language proficiency.

lCertificate from highest education attained.

2 Academic Background

lFor Foundation and Bachelor Program, applicants have to provide high school certificate or above;

lFor Master Program, applicants have to provide bachelor degree or above;

lFor Doctoral Program, applicants have to provide master degree or above.

3 Language Skills (for degree study applicants)

Applicants should have an appropriate languages’proficiency and are expected to submit related certificates.

lFor English taught program, you need TOFEL (computer based) score 80 or above/ TOFEL (paper based) score 550 or above; or IELTS (academic) score 6.0 or above; or valid proof of English proficiency.

lFor Chinese taught programs, you need HSK certificate level 4, score 200 or above; or valid proof of Chinese proficiency.
