On September 12, College of Overseas Education held a lecture on visa in the classroom of Houxue 200 for overseas students of 2017. Mr. Hu Guodong, the police officer of Pukou District, Nanjing Public Security Bureau was invited to give the lecture. The teachers of Overseas Education College and all overseas students of 2017 attended the lecture.

Mr. Zhao's lecture covered the various aspects of the visa for overseas students in China. Firstly, he welcomed overseas students of 2017 in Nanjing Tech University, and congratulated them on becoming a member of the Pukou District International Student Group, hoping that they would have a memorable time in China.Then, the entry and exit regulations that students concerned about were explained in detail, combined with specific cases. Mr. Zhao introduced specific rules of passport and visa. Mr. Zhao also set up a micro-group in the weichat to offer answers to their questions in time. This humane management methods have been praised by the students.

The overseas students have benefited much from this lecture ,and all the students have had deeper understanding of the relevant policies in China, which provides guidance and help for them to adapt faster to their study and life in China.
