From April 24 to April 29, the 2018 Robowork co-sponsored by Higher Education Steering Committee of Innovative Approaches of Ministry of Education of China and other units was held in China University of Geosciences. A team of 5 overseas students of Automation Major and domestic students of Automation Major from NJTech participated in the competition. Md Rakibul Hasan and Mohammad Jahedol Islam won the first prize of “Robot Car Racing Match”; Munkhnasan Dashdorj came second in the “Robot Shooting Singles”; Maxime Thierry Belinga Essama and Ayusha Adhikari finished third in “Robot Car Racing Match”.
