Shengjun Deng, D.Eng. in Tunneling and Underground Structural Engineering of Tongji University, D.Eng. in Joint Doctoral Training Program in Civil Engineering of Princeton University, and Postdoctoral Fellow in Geotechnical Engineering of Zhejiang University. He is currently Deputy Director of Department of Underground Engineering, College of Transportation Engineering, Nanjing Tech University, and a member of Geotechnical Engineering Technical Commission on Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation, Seismological Society of China. His main research interests are tunneling and underground engineering, the Freeze-sealing Pipe-roof (FSPR) method (artificial ground freezing technology), frozen soil-steel interface shear creep characteristics. |
