Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of College of Food Science and Light Industry, Nanjing Tech University; Executive Director of Jiangsu Chemical Industry and Engineering Society. Professor Hu has directed more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial projects of National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) and National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has won 35 scientific and technological awards such as the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and the Excellence Award of China Patent Award. Professor Hu has published more than 100 papers with 64 included in SCI. Besides, she has applied for 57 national invention patents (3 PCT international patents) with 32 patents authorized. She has also published 7 monographs and 3 textbooks. Professor Hu has won 25 teaching awards such as National and Jiangsu Excellent Teaching Materials, Planned Teaching Materials of the Ministry of Education, National and Jiangsu Teaching Achievement Awards, Sinopec Excellent Publications, and so on. |
