这是海外教育学院写给大家的第二封信。感谢同学们一直以来对我们工作的支持和配合!当前疫情形势依然严峻复杂。现将一些重要事项告知大家，请所有留学生遵照执行：

This is the second letter for you from the College of Overseas Education. We are much appreciated for your support and cooperation! The current epidemic situation here in China remains severe and complicated. Now we would like to inform you of some important matters and ask all international students to abide by them:

1.不要提前返校。根据疫情防控最新要求，学校继续推迟开学，请同学们不要提前返校。具体开学时间将视疫情防控情况确定，学校届时将提前通知。我们再次强调：在学校开学前，未经学校批准，所有学生一律不得返校。

1.Do not return back to the university earlier than you are required.According to the latest requirements ofepidemic prevention and control,the schoolsemester will continue to be postponed. Please do not return to school for this moment. The opening time will be informed in advance.Once again, we emphasize that all international students are NOT allowed to return tothecampus withoutthe approval of the university.

如果你目前在海外，请暂时不要购买来华机票。

If you arenot in China,you are advised not to buyreturnticketsfor now.

如果你目前在南京以外的城市，在接到开学通知前请不要提前返校。请服从当地政府的疫情防控管理，随时与学校保持联系。

If you arein China, but not in Nanjing,please do not return to school untilreceivingthe official notice.Meanwhile,please obey the local government's arrangement for epidemic prevention and control, and keep in touch with the school at any time.

如果你目前在南京并住在校外，请务必向所在社区报到登记，共同做好疫情防控工作。

If you arein Nanjing and liveoff campus, please take the initiative to report to the community, cooperate with the community's epidemic prevention and control management, and keep in touch with the school at any time.

如果你目前住在校内，请务必遵守疫情期间校内住宿的各项规定。校园继续实行封闭管理，校内住宿留学生未经许可不得出校园。留学生公寓继续实行封闭管理，进出公寓必须实名验证并检测体温。

If you currently live in the school dormitory, please abide by the rules and regulations of accommodation.The campus of the universitywill continue to beunder closed management, and international students on campus are not allowed to leave the campuswithout permission.The apartments for international students arealsounder closed management, in and out of which yourrealname shall be verified and your body temperature shall be taken.

留学生在疫情防控期间的表现将纳入年度综合考评。

International students’performance during the epidemic prevention and control period will be included in the annual comprehensive assessment.

2.继续做好个人防护。目前中国的疫情蔓延情况得到有效控制，但这并不意味着你可以放松警惕。同学们要继续保持防护意识，做到不串门，不聚集，尽量不外出。出门务必戴好口罩。

2.Keep doingwell insafetyprotection.Althoughnowthespread of the epidemic is under effective control in China, but it does not mean that our guard can be lowered. Keep making yourselves alert in protection awareness.No visiting.No gathering. No going out whenever possibleor wear a mask if really necessary.

3.认真参加在线学习。按照教育部“停课不停学”的要求，学校开展线上教学已有一段时间。请同学们按照网上授课时间表，开展线上课程的学习，并按照老师要求完成作业。如同在校学习一样，认真参与到各个学习过程中，为后面的学习打下坚实的基础。

3.Be serious about online learning.In accordance with the requirementsof"non-stop teaching and non-stop learning" bytheMinistry of Education, our universityhas been organizing online education activitiesfor a few weeks.Please follow the online teaching scheduleto study,do the assignmentsand participate seriously in the learning process,justas what you do in the school.

4.保持联系沟通。请同学们与辅导员保持联系，如果出现身体不适或遇到困难请第一时间告知我们。在疫情期间，奖学金按规定标准正常发放。同时，我们会配合相关部门继续做好在校生的生活保障。

4.Strengthen contact and communication.Keep in touch withyour guidance tutor and contact us as soon as possible whenyoufeel unwell orhave any problem. During the epidemicprevention and control period, the scholarship will be normally awarded.Meanwhile, we will continue to cooperate with the relevant departments to ensure the normal life of students on campus.
