个人简介:
入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”,曾获江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,南京市领军型科技创业人才引进计划人才项目。领衔主讲的《生物化学》课程两次被评为 “江苏省高等学校一类优秀课程”,并于2008年获评“江苏省高等学校精品课程”;参编教材2部。2006、2008年两次获得“师德十佳”称号;2008年荣获“江苏省高等学校优秀共产党员”;2011年获得江苏省“大学生最喜爱的教师”称号;2013年荣获“江苏省教育科技系统五一巾帼标兵”称号;2017年和2018年获中国商业联合会科学技术奖(全国商业科技进步奖二等奖)各1项;新利18彩票 首批研究生“名师名导“称号。
学生培养:
指导学生获江苏省普通高校本科优秀毕业设计(论文)一等奖1人,二等奖3人。2020年第五届全国大学生生命科学创新创业大赛优秀成果奖一等奖。

研究方向和研究领域:
主要研究方向为微生物与生化药学、合成生物学、绿色制造。极端微生物新功能及其酶类的发现与开发、酶分子改造;重要医药中间体和小肽类药物的生物制造;生物催化合成天然产物及成药性改构与成药性评估;医用丝蛋白材料的设计与生物制造等交叉领域的研究。
研究成果:
已发表SCI/EI收录论文140余篇。申请国际和国家发明专利60多项,其中已获授权的国家发明专利近50项以及3项国际发明专利(PCT)已获得多国授权。目前主持国家重点研发计划项目课题/子课题各1项(基于成药性特征的微生物天然产物合成生物学创制,人造蛋白质合成的细胞设计构建及应用)。
