孙炳峰,教授,博士生导师,药物化学教研室主任。
致力于萜类、生物碱、大环内酯等复杂活性天然产物的基于新策略的高效全合成,完成了抗老年痴呆药物石杉碱甲(Huperzine A)、抗癌药物埃坡霉素(Epothilones B/D)、抗癌天然产物Englerin A/B、抗生素Platencin、复杂二萜Clavulactone等20多个活性天然产物及类似物的全合成,其中石杉碱甲、埃坡霉素B/D的全合成效率迄今居于领先水平。近年来重视学术与应用相结合,将“原子经济性”、“步骤经济性”、“氧化还原经济性”以及“绿色化学”、“质量源于设计”、“本质安全”等理念融入药物合成路线设计,成功开发抗凝药物利伐沙班(Rivaroxaban)、手性合成子长叶薄荷酮(Pulegone)等的创新绿色合成技术。
