研究方向和研究领域:
主要研究方向为微生物与生化药学、合成生物学、绿色生物制造。从事于生物制药涉及的分子生物学、计算生物学、蛋白质工程、分子酶工程等领域的研究,包括极端微生物菌种筛选与高效酶类基因的发掘、蛋白药物的设计与高效表达、酶分子设计与进化改造和计算模拟;药用多糖产生菌的发酵与调控;重要糖苷类天然产物和糖类药物的生物合成;以及非水相生物催化技术、多酶催化/固定化多酶催化天然产物的改造与生物合成等方面的研究。
研究成果:
已发表SCIE/IE收录论文30余篇和国内期刊论文近10篇。参与申请国际和国家发明专利20多项,其中已获得授权的国家发明专利10多项以及2项国际发明专利(PCT)已获多国授权。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目一项和江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目各一项。主持并完成中国博士后科学基金面上项目(一等资助)和江苏省博士后科研资助计划项目各一项。以项目主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目4项、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目(优先发展领域)1项、江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目1项和江苏省自然科学基金项目2项等项目的研究。目前,参与在研国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项。
