研究方向:
主要从事微生物代谢工程和合成生物学强化微生物合成天然产物等相关领域的教学和科研工作,主要包括:食品微生物功能发掘与利用,微生物代谢调控策略的开发;高产不饱和脂肪酸、氨基酸等生物活性物质的微生物菌种的遗传育种及其发酵优化;食品及工业酶制剂的分子改造和高效制备。
